RecommendedI paid $800 only to let it heal on its own. My dog tucker got stitches from them. They didn't know how to keep a cone on him so I figured it out with a harness you would think that wouldn't be something a customer would figure out but they would suggest. So he got the stitches out so I paid more money. During all of this they would check on him every other day with a phone call which I appreciated but when I took him in to get his stitches out I told them I didn't they were ready to be out yet as it didn't look healed fully... read more

Dont advertise avian exams if your vet has no bird knowledge. If theres going to be additional costs for something typically included in an avian physical, let the owner know prior to visit. $45 was unexpected on top of the $80 exam!! I learned nothing, age, sex, weight.....nothing. Everything was a guess! N ver as well as staff just kinda laughed it off, like this "joke" was normal.....very odd. Will not be back

No empathy for a family who lost their fur baby and instead of expressing condolences to the family you hold the body hostage and demand the $500.00 before releasing it to the family. Why ?! Let the family bury their fur baby and set up payments. If they don't pay then there are collectors to help. Just a horrible experience!

They quoted me a very high price on my services for my dog, then when I had my sis look at it who’s daughter is a vet tech she said it was way over priced, when I called and spoke was the Megan she dropped price almost $300 I don’t trust them with my dog and they have bad business practices
