Dont advertise avian exams if your vet has no bird knowledge. If theres going to be additional costs for something typically included in an avian physical, let the owner know prior to visit. $45 was unexpected on top of the $80 exam!! I learned nothing, age, sex, weight.....nothing. Everything was a guess! N ver as well as staff just kinda laughed it off, like this "joke" was normal.....very odd. Will not be back
No empathy for a family who lost their fur baby and instead of expressing condolences to the family you hold the body hostage and demand the $500.00 before releasing it to the family. Why ?! Let the family bury their fur baby and set up payments. If they don't pay then there are collectors to help. Just a horrible experience!
They quoted me a very high price on my services for my dog, then when I had my sis look at it who’s daughter is a vet tech she said it was way over priced, when I called and spoke was the Megan she dropped price almost $300 I don’t trust them with my dog and they have bad business practices
I will not take my dog back here. After lots of testing on my dog, the vet stated he needed surgery right away. They would not work with us on payments so we looked for another vet. That vet told us that if they were to do surgery he could possibly die on the table. They called my mother in law trying for us to give up the rights of our loved dog and they would waive the fee to do it. Why they called my mother in law is beyond me.

Very sorry to leave Dr. Bertino because I think she is wonderful, but don't like how I was treated today with the spaying of my pup. When I made the appt, I said I just wanted the basic spay for 215 without any extras. They needed to switch my appt to today from Monday, so I had to have my son drop her off. When he did they had him sign an upgraded treatment plan that was almost double of what I was quoted or wanted. When I called to see what happened, the manager did not even want to help in any way.
