Excellent communication along the way. This was our first time, so I was quite nervous about it all. The wait for picking up the car was longer than Id expected but, once the car was picked up, things moved quickly and smoothly and our car was delivered right to our door a day sooner than I expected. I really appreciated the fixed price and knowing *** was managing/watching over the whole process. All in all, it went very well.
