Very professional I had my son's car shipped from California to Georgia it came three days before it was confirmed to arrive which was a pleasant surprise. Drivers were great and stayed in direct communication with me until my vehicle arrived at my home. Price was great and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Picked up car on time. Had an unforeseen mechanical issue in transit. They recovered quickly and communicated to me several times, both driver and company owner. Delivered in a timely manner. I shipped a brand new car from a dealer in West Palm, FL to Norfolk, VA. My son is in the military and was having trouble with his schedule to meet the shipper. The shipper did everything they could to accommodate him and help him get his car. The car was picked up and delivered on time with no issues. I would highly recommend them.
The reason for only 3 stars instead of 5 is the Transporter. SYCN, was very kind, and pleasant to speak to. I had to wait almost 2 extra days for my car to be delivered because the Transporter picked up an extra car to deliver. This was a very emotional time for me because I was inheriting a car from my Dad who passed. My delivery got off by 2 extra days. Also the Transporter said he would arrive by Noon, but didn't get here until almost 2 hours later, so 2 extra days waiting and 2 hours past delivery of my car.
Great Company and great communication and l will use this company again.
