Tim was great. I paid a bit more than I had been offered elsewhere to ship this car, but found that my choice was totally worth it. He explained everything clearly and honestly, found a driver almost immediately - ahead of his prediction - and the car was delivered promptly and in good condition. He answered all my questions as we went along, and overall, I was very happy with my experience. Would definitely use them again.

Gary and Ryan were helpful in arranging shipment from NV to FL when another broker kept stringing me along without results. Gary promised to keep me informed of progress once a carrier was located, but, the next call I received was from the carrier and I never heard from Gary again. I had Tim M. as a rep and it was a totally awesome experience. Tim was timely and professional and made me feel as if I was his only client. My bike arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be more pleased. When I have additional shipping needs in the future, I will use this service!
Offered to pick up my car next day (Thursday) at an extra charge ($200). Never showed, nor the following day. Wait til Monday , picked up car. I had to remind them that I was not going to pay the extra charge. Once the car was picked up things were fine. The driver was very nice. Next time I willTry to go direct instead of using a broker like this.
