Tim was great from the beginning to the end. He was the broker. The carrier picked up our car a day earlier then we expected. I was able to communicate with him on were the car was as I did not have the drivers number. He always got back to me fast. My only reason for 4 stars is when my car was delivered it was missing 1 license plate and they are custom and if I reported lost I have to give up the plates.
Shipping was just fine as the driver, norm, communicated approx arrival time. He unloaded my vehicle & off he went. Very simple & trustworthy which is what I was looking for. I wouldn't recommend them.
Very Excellent Experience. Jody was able to arrange a transport of a classic car during a holiday week and everything was well executed. The price was good and the delivery was perfect. No issues with damage and the driver was polite. I think the drivers might be freelance contractors and I got a good one for my covered transport. This company is legit and take their job seriously.
Shipped two cars from Palo Alto to Austin. I thought that the cost was very fair, in fact it was the lowest that I came across. The driver was extremely professional, and courteous. Both of the cars were shipped in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

I had a positive experience. It was a simple task. Pick up car I bought in Santa Rosa Northern California (dealer location) and deliver it to my southern Oregon coast home. I figured it might take a few weeks to arrange since I live in a very rural location. Car was delivered in three days. I would do this again with this company for sure.
shipped 2 cars from Cleveland to Florida in covered carrier. Everything went very well. Conscientious office people (Vincent) and driver (Eugene). We were very pleased. Pick up and drop off times were honored without problems. We will definitely use them again if needed.
From the start the dispatch had compassion and caring, I had a personal emergency and needed to get across country and out of harms way. A carrier was found ASAP and delivered to me quickly !!! Am forever grateful for Zem and Steven !!!
We were very happy with the shipping process but after getting permission to carry things back in the car, we were charged $150 extra. We didn't have a problem with that; only that we were not told up front. It seems dishonest to give one price and than add more on delivery. We asked about carrying things in the car before we did it and nothing was said about additional charges.
