Had my SRT Challenger shipped from Florida to my other home in New Jersey in an enclosed carrier. Communications with the manager and dispatcher was great. The driver was on time, contacted the recipient in NJ to notify them where he was and when to expect his arrival. Driver was on time. No damage to the car. The whole process was perfection end to end. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting to ship their car
I had wonderful customer service from this company. My rep Carrie was so helpful and took time to explain how the industry works. She even offered to answer more questions for me as I was looking around, regardless if I went with them or not. Because of her is why I chose them. She was timely and responsive 24/7 as they promised.
