Hate to be this way but business is business! My husband ordered flowers for this special day and was told they would be delivered early today not after 5:00, so he's took a trip back to the floral shop to find where the flowers are, it's a good thing we didn't have special plans to go out and eat! No flowers yet, and the store closes pretty soon? What's happened to this place? It used to be the go to floral shop for special occasions?! First let me start off by saying, Sam, was a very courteous but seemed rushed. The delivery was completed and made it to location on day promised. I ordered the Madonna planter online that consisted of peace lily and ivy plant. After completing order and printing receipt I read that if my selection wasn't available a substitute would be made. RecommendedSaw a Shirley delivery van pull the most bonehead, illegal, dangerous move this afternoon Called to tell manager I was STEAMED. Dude doesn't even call back Read their reviews and realized they just stink Hope they all have to dig ditches when the store goes under Try friendly floral!!!! They know how to treat people. #losers
They have beautiful arrangements inside, however when I ordered a dozen roses for a VERY special person & paid $65, they arrived somewhat dead & vase looked like it was from a garage sale. $20 at Albertsons woulda been better! Not to mention they forgot my $4 balloon.
This is the Second time we have ordered from the Shirley Floral Co. The first time all of my flowers wilted within 24 hours. That time they were kind enough to bring another bouquet. This time they wilted within 48 hours; however they have no guarantee that their flowers with last 48 hours so I doubt my flowers will be replaced this time. So thanks to Shirley Floral Co. I only got to enjoy the SMALL, way over priced, bouquet that my Fiancé got me for Valentines day for 48 hours! I guess that's what we get for ordering from t... read more
