I ordered for Valentines Day on 2-7-20 and added to deliver in the A.M. That task was not accomplished. In my opinion, if you order early the delivery should be at the front and not the end. I do not recommend using this company as a florist. They are not prepared for The Big Game days.

Less and less impressed every year. I have used Shirley’s for over 3 years but I will be looking for a new flower shop. I have been really disappointed with the service in the past but wanted to give them another chance. However, this year not only was the service disappointing so was the arrangement for the price.

Incredibly disappointed with Shirley's. I ordered flowers for a funeral and ended up choosing their company because they guaranteed same day delivery. At checkout they have a box to select that says "In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitute of comparable quality and value will be delivered.". I selected that box so that it insured I would have my item delivered no matter what. I ordered flowers on Monday for a Tuesday funeral. I ordered a corsage for two proms and neither of them were what I ordered. You either deliver on what you sold or you refund. I won’t be back next year.

Wow. I have always used Shirley’s so when my cousin in East TX wanted to send my mom flowers in the hospital, that is who I recommended. The woman who answered the phone was VERY rude, cutting her off on the phone saying “What do you want?”. So, my cousin found a different florist in town. Southwest Floral was very helpful & kind on the phone & the arrangement was absolutely!! I know it is Christmas & stressful, but when families are trying to bring a little cheer to their loved ones who are STUCK IN THE HOSPITAL FOR CHRIS... read more

Hate to be this way but business is business! My husband ordered flowers for this special day and was told they would be delivered early today not after 5:00, so he's took a trip back to the floral shop to find where the flowers are, it's a good thing we didn't have special plans to go out and eat! No flowers yet, and the store closes pretty soon? What's happened to this place? It used to be the go to floral shop for special occasions?! First let me start off by saying, Sam, was a very courteous but seemed rushed. The delivery was completed and made it to location on day promised. I ordered the Madonna planter online that consisted of peace lily and ivy plant. After completing order and printing receipt I read that if my selection wasn't available a substitute would be made. Saw a Shirley delivery van pull the most bonehead, illegal, dangerous move this afternoon Called to tell manager I was STEAMED. Dude doesn't even call back Read their reviews and realized they just stink Hope they all have to dig ditches when the store goes under Try friendly floral!!!! They know how to treat people. #losers
