Had a wonderful experience with the entire Shirley Ryan team starting with your nursing staff and care patient techs woh was always there when needed being polite and respectful day and night. The O.T’s and P.T’s were exceptionally great everyday not just working with me but listening to me and challenging me as I challenged myself. The physical and occupational therapy is great. Dr Kessler is an awesome doctor and really understood what I was going through, she's very nice.

Excellent care. very professional, follow up appointments & after care treatments handled for you. Fantastic ambiance.
Everything was great from cleaning staff all the way up.
I go to the Gym lots of fun things to do also have class. with. other people try it out have fun God Bless you all
The therapists seem determined to make you get well. Some of the therapists clearly could care less. The lady who works as the greeter at the desk up front really does not have a caring demeanor. She criticized one of the therapists I personally respect and admire. People like her can ruin a program. I have seen people get better under the care of a dedicated therapist. Everyone does not have the same dedication.
