Had a wonderful experience with the entire Shirley Ryan team starting with your nursing staff and care patient techs woh was always there when needed being polite and respectful day and night. The O.T’s and P.T’s were exceptionally great everyday not just working with me but listening to me and challenging me as I challenged myself. The week I spent in Shirley Ryan rehabilitation center we outstanding and really helped in assessing what my capabilities were and what was needed to achieve full mobility of body and strength. The therapists seem determined to make you get well. Some of the therapists clearly could care less. The lady who works as the greeter at the desk up front really does not have a caring demeanor. She criticized one of the therapists I personally respect and admire. People like her can ruin a program. I have seen people get better under the care of a dedicated therapist. Everyone does not have the same dedication.
