If you or a loved one needs Rehabilitation from a brain injury, orthopaedic surgery, or amputation, Shirley Ryan is one of the best facilities in the country. I have had family go there, and they did what they promised. Helped my mom to walk again.

Excellent therapy and nursing
When my husband arrived at Shirley Ryan he had severe aphasia and could not move his right side at all. He had to have assistance to get up out of the bed and could do nothing alone. He was flown to Chicago and the original diagnosis was that he would have to be flown home and have a hospital bed. After just a few weeks we are home and he is speaking almost normal. I was at Shirley Ryan for 5 weeks. My neurosurgeon told my daughter that I probably would not walk again. I am walking. This rehab facility is amazing!!!
