I unfortunately do not have a regular dentist. I was having a dental emergency and a friend highly recommended Dr. Shivani. I was able to get in quickly and was treated with great care like I had always been a patient there. The staff is wonderful and Dr Shivani is honest, caring, thorough and very knowledgeable. I was mainly impressed by the dental hygeinist. She was warm, kind, and friendly. She helped me feel comfortable and helped explain everything so that I understood. I hardly saw Dr. Patel, but she seemed nice enough.
Dr Patel was very rude and condescending. Spoke to me like I was stupid and couldn’t understand simple care plan. I was there to have a tooth fixed She was unwilling to help.
