Escalator's been broken and not working since the past 2 months.
Not a bad theater here, landmark cinemas with a modern interior. Closest other options are Metrotown or Coquitlam in that regard. Safeway is pretty fairly priced for individual items but forget doing a large shop there. Also not bad for stopping by quickly to pick up a coffee, gas two Starbucks and a Tim Hortons, though the Starbucks are rather inaccessible, one inside Safeway other on second floor.
Needs more stores and desperately needs a public restroom.
