This was our 5th time staying in Destin and the 3rd time with Chateau La Mer. The first two time we stayed on a balcony level in the same unit and never had any issues and enjoyed our vacation immensely as we always do there. The most recent stay we were in 2B lower level and as usual everything is functional and in good condition. The agents were very helpful with everything we needed prior to check in. Check in/out was a breeze! The unit was stocked with everything we needed. It was convenient to the beach, the pool and Scenic 98. Our unit was pet friendly and exceeded our expectations. The washer/dryer unit was a valuable bonus. I would highly recommend staying here!
My daughter and her friends stayed in Destin for spring break and we used Shore Dreams Vacation Rentals. It was so difficult to find a company or individual who was willing to rent to young adults under the age of 25, this is where Shore Dreams stepped up and helped. Not only did they provide a rental, but it had a great location, with its own private beach. I would highly recommend renting through Shore Dreams, and will rent through them again in the future!
We stayed the entire month of February in 11B. It's dated but it's extremely clean and the grounds and buildings are very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds are perfect with nice closets and chests of drawers. It has good showers. The only thing that would need to be improve would be updating the living room furniture. The heated pool was right out our patio and the pool house was perfect for entertaining guests.
