Although I wasn’t pleased with the unit we rented, Sharon immediately jumped in and made it right! The service we received from both Barbara and Sharon was fantastic. We will call them again to book our annual Destin adventure. Excellent customer service.

Enjoyed staying at unit 8B. I would recommend the mattresses in 2nd bedroom be replaced and upgraded to queens. Also, there was sand on the floors upon arrival. They had not been mopped. Otherwise, the unit was perfect for our furry friends.

We stayed in Unit 1C. The place was exactly what we expected. We found it clean, well stocked (the kitchen), with comfortable furniture (specially important when you are staying 3 weeks), and very close to the beach. We were able to cook our meals there, and to wash our clothes there as well as the unit included a washer and dryer. There was even an umbrella for us to use! Stayed at 435 Linkside. Nice location close to relative’s home. Loved Sandestin, Baytowne easy access by golf cart until Thursday ( we were staying until Sat.) when our cart was picked up by rental company with no excuse. Handled complaint and returned calls re: quickly but the replacement cart never was delivered. There was a cart with headlights knocked out that we were told could be used. We loved the penthouse at Silver Shells resort. Beautiful and so much room for my big family. Three bedrooms downstairs and huge master bedroom and a smaller bedroom upstairs. Beach access was awesome. We loved the beautiful landscape. Will recommend!!
