In 1963, Jack Siebert co-founded Warren, Siebert, Page Realty in Norfolk, VA. By 1973, the company opened a branch office in Sandbridge to better serve the local community.

RecommendedI've loved every house we have stayed in in the last 12 years. Always the best Realty. I've tried 2 other realty's but Siebert is my favorite hands down!!

Customer service was very rude lots of young kids running the office. The manager was no help either.
stayed at Endless Summer. My biggest issue was air conditioning. 2 different times Siebert sent someone to check it out with no good results. I am on oxygen & had to sleep on a sofa where they had put a portable unit. The bedrms were unbearable. Siebert & owners were aware of the faulty air thats why they had put the 2 air units in the house before we got there. 2 units for a 4 bedrm, 2 bath house is absolutely not enough. dirty bottles & soap bars were under the bed in 1 room. My family of 25 paid 26,000 dollars for Atlantic escape. Location wonderful. House full of dead bugs all over windowsills. Had to clean before we could bring our belongings in. Indoor pool had dead dragon flys everywhere. At least 60 that we had to scoop up. Who cleaned this home before our arrival? Toilet on first floor had stool in it and when we flushed it we realized the toilet was broken. I guess the cleaning people didn't notice the poop in the toilet? Give me a break. Poolin Around pictures on website are seriously outdated and poorly stocked for a beach rental. The house is run down, dirty and musty. The AC and dishwasher does not work properly. Most of the plastic patio furniture was broken. We spent the first 2 days cleaning, and having the maintenance man fix all he could. So much water damage and mold. So disappointed with my first Siebert rental.
We stayed at Sea Symphony this past week and it was filthy. It was as if no one cleaned it between visitors. The floors were littered with hair elastics, stickers, and food. Everything in the garage was broken, the pool chairs were broke, the kitchen had mostly broken appliances and we had 1 roll of TP for 12 people and 3 bathrooms.
