So I stayed at ATLANTIC RESORT this past week to celebrate my high school graduation. I expected to have a care and worry free week, but was sadly mistaken. This luxury house was anything but. We rented a large home called Ocean Paradise. It was the furthest thing in the world from paradise. The house was filthy when we arrived with dried feces on a bathroom wall, dried mucus on another, pills found under beds, loose floorboards and railings on second story decks, kitchen counters and tables dirty, dirty dishes in cupboards. They did send out cleaning crews after our vacation was half over which disrupted our day. The view was great. The house in total disrepair. Very dirty the furniture was disgusting and so siebert sent sheets to cover the filthy sofa's so we could sit down. Mold in rooms and bathrooms and they wouldn't return phone calls,DO NOT RENT FROM SIEBERT. Go to sandbridge realty they will take care of you.
My family and I rented the blue dolphin house in September 2015. Worse vacation we ever had. The house was in naff disrepair and siebert did nothing about it. We rented the blue dolphin for the elevator but it was not working when we arrived. There were drained gnats all over the kitchen and dining area flying around and getting all over everything. Do yourself a favor and DON'T rent from Siebert. We recently had our four-year girls' weekend anniversary in Sandbridge. All four years we rented from Siebert without a problem until this year. The place was a dump - Foolish Pleasure - not only filthy, but we had mold in multiple rooms and a rodent problem. They did bring us mousetraps, though; how thoughtful! My best friend recently rented 2 houses in Sandbridge, one ocean front for the wedding and another a couple streets back for out of town guests. In the past they haven't had any major issues, but this time the house that was rented for the out of town guests had dead roaches, the house spelled like it had not been rented in months, the place had not been vacuumed for quite some time, there was mold on the carpet and in the bathrooms, and the best part was that there was a snake ( yes a live snake) in the house.
