I've worked with Jason numerous times. He helped my wife and purchase our first house and later assisted us with a re-financing. Jason was able to explain in great detail the process involved in buying a house and conveyed it in terms that were very easy to understand. During our re-financing, he was able to save us $400 a month! I would highly recommend working with Jason Draut.

Jason is friendly, responsive and always comes up with the best rates. I did a very thorough search and no one could compete with his rate/fees combinations. He's great about laying out your different options and answering any questions you have. When rates dropped 8 months after we bought our house, he reached out to me in order to do a refinance. I have used him for several loan/refinances, and have recommended him to all my family and friends.

I have actually worked with Jason Draut and Signature Mortgage on two occasions. Once, a number of years ago when he refinanced my home and again last year when he closed a loan on my new home. I found him to be extremely responsive to my questions and phone calls; at all hours of the day and evening and to be very knowledgeable of the process. The entire process with Jason & Signature Mortgage was not only painless from the beginning, but incredibly quick! I never knew working with a lender could be so easy. In the past, previous lenders would not only flood me with paperwork, but took their time to drag out the process. Not Jason! He was very knowledgeable. I used him when I bought my house and when I refinanced it. He showed us different options and what would work best for our needs. He was easy to work with and would get back to you quick.
