RecommendedScott is awesome, we use Signature in the past for a refinance and again this fall for a new mortgage. He helped dumb the language down for me and was able to beat the other companies that I shopped. I texted a question around 9pm expecting the answer the next day, but Scott texted back that he was available so I called him and we figured it out that night. Thanks for all your help Scott.
