I have worked with Jason and his team on 12 loans, for multiple properties (both primary and rentals) for the last 11 years, and have never had a negative experience. They are great at setting expectations, giving you all of the information you need up front, and finding the best rates and terms. Communication is consistent, there are never any surprises, and they are QUICK and the process is painless. I have been so spoiled as a customer of Signature Mortgage - I would not work with another lender. They are the best!!!

Jason has helped us through the purchase of two homes and the sale of one of those homes. I cannot express how easy the process was with his guidance. As a first time (and then second time) home buyer, he made everything understandable and accessible.

As a Mortgage lender has all the necessary attribute you could ask for. He is knowledgeable in industry trends and opportunities to resolve "roadblocks". He is timely with all his communication> Lastly he conducts himself professionally in all situations! I have used him twice for home purchases and recommend him to all home buyers!
