The ancillary staff here is phenomenal! The phlebotomists, admin, schedulers, and sonographer got me in and out with very little waiting. They were kind, timely, and courteous. I had two visits in two days and they keep the office running efficiently and well. What I appreciated about Dr. Olson was her willingness to add the labs I requested to the order. However, my next visit is with another MD because I do not accept that painful, heavy periods are normal or without cause.

This was a general, well-woman exam. The staff was efficient and I was in and out very quickly. At the same time, the practitioner, was very thorough, kind, and sensitive. She asked a lot of questions and specifically asked me if I had any concerns I wanted to address which I appreciated.

I visited the Rockville office twice and was disappointed with the quality of care I received on both occasions. I was offered birth control or surgery as my only two options to treat my symptoms with zero attempt to understand the underlying cause. I didn't feel like I was taken seriously. I was told certain tests were "required" but when I asked follow-up questions and my chart was consulted, it turns out I didn't need them. And to add insult to injury, they don't validate for parking.
