One star is one star too many for them. I wish I could do zero or negative.Please avoid them at all costs. They cancel appointments last minute without notification, when scheduling online they show times and dates that are not available and it changes the date when you book, and their staff is rude and unprofessional.
This is the worst place - their equipment is old and half the time broken down - their (supposed radiologist) are inconsistent with their reporting on findings of Xray. It takes them forever to get an xray report to you I am going to request my doctor to no longer have me go to this unprofessional and unequipped place. They take people's lives into their hands and don't have the staff to manage. Any recommendations for better imaging places in *******? This is the bottom of the pit
Recently had a scan at *************, had no copay. Few months later I owed $200 copay. Seriously? Heard that this is a regular issue with Simon Med.
I am convinced Simon Med is involved in fraudulent billing. I started coming here a few years ago for mammograms and breast ultrasounds every 6 months. After each time I would receive a bill that would not match my *** statement from my insurance company. I had to call each time to dispute the bill. They usually complied with my insurance company after a couple phone calls. The most recent bill they did not agree with my insurance and wanted an extra $300 over my EOB. My child was just turned away and refused to have an MRI performed because his 19 y/o sister took him instead of a parent (after confirming over 18 was allowed to take him). I IMMEDIATELY called, and spoke with someone "not in that office, in central scheduling", who said "I am reading the notes and there was a moment that his guardian walked away from him when they tried to bring him back to the back so he would have been alone and he is not allowed to be alone so they had to send him away", I said that is not what happened... read more
My doctor scheduled me for a procedure that required several X-Rays and an ***. Those were referred to *****-med. *****-med contacted me via ************* within a day. I called them but they only had the X-Ray referrals - not the *** yet. They then proceeded to text, e-mail me and voice messaging daily for over a week. The *** was finally approved and I called to set up the appointments. The scheduler who I dealt with was evidently very new (he took nearly 20 minutes while constantly correcting himself.) waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen. With an appt. Terrible service, I walked out and never saw anyone.
They still have a sign from 2018 that they are BBB Accredited from what I see on the BBB website they are no longer accredited by the BBB. The front desk staff is also loud, inability to read the room with patients. On April 6, 2026 I had an MRI of my shoulder at the *****************, ********************************************************. It was the most unpleasant visit I have ever encountered. Simon Med states that patient care should Be free of abuse and neglect. Neglect is what I ************** claustrophobic. And old. The tech never asked if I needed help, if I was going to be okay inside the machine, or how long I could expect the test to take. She never talked with me during the procedure.
