Every single person here is fantastic! Super clean & efficient. Dr Biron explained everything thoroughly, Carly & Debbie handled everything regarding paperwork & insurance & it made everything so much easier. They got my daughter right in where our dentist couldn't take her until 7/27 & that was just the consult! We were in within a week! Highly recommend this place for ANY dentistry work!!
My sons see Dr. Austin and he's great! We call him Dr. Awesome... A friend referred us after a pediatric dentist in Moorestown told me he couldn't get X-rays on my son because he couldn't keep still, and that he needed general anesthesia for a cap. Dr Austin and his staff had no trouble getting the X-rays and offered acceptable solutions to capping his teeth under general. That was 3 years ago and my son is getting better and better about going to the dentist! THANK YOU Dr. Austin!
I recently started visiting this practice to have some pretty major work done and looking for a local dentist who also took both my and my husband's insurance. I am so glad I found Simply Beautiful Smiles! They instantly put me at ease and all of the staff is extremely helpful, kind and patient. I would recommend to anyone who is putting off dental care due to fear or anxiety. I've been able to call the doctor on her cell phone after hours with questions and come in for a visit on very short notice.
I have been a patient for many years. The office is clean, the staff is extremely professional and everyone at the front desk is friendly every time I come in! They are also very helpful with financing and payment plans! I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends!
I should give them 5 stars to Doctor Watt and Pam and people work with Doctor Watt but not billing department, all stuff are nice and they take care of you but the billing department is awful. They should fire the billing department. I came for my cleaning in April doctor Watt said I have 3 teeth to be fixed. When I went to billing department she said for tooth number 30 is 1700$. I have gone to them for 15 years with no problems. I went last Fall for a cleaning and to get a fallen out filling replaced. I have Aetna dental patient reimbursement plan so I pay up front and get reimbursed by Aetna. So basically, I paid for three visits and the office submitted to Aetna and got paid by them too! They used up my $2100 dental allowance and too my money too! After a few nasty phone calls, they agreed to give me $169 back which I have never received. Beware, office charged me a $60.30 convenience fee for paying a $2000 bill with a credit card. I called office immediately to cancel payment and the office manger, Adele refused. I protested the excessive fee, and fee was not obvious before payment. I have been a customer for almost 20 years, always paid my bills promptly and recommended this office to family and friends. Don't waste your time with this practice. It used to be top notch when it was Medford Dental. Then SBS took over and it was ok for a while. Now it is total corporate dentistry---the only thing that matters is how much they can get you to pay for totally sub par dentistry. My advice is to stay away!
I called before appointment to ask how much for a particular service. I was given an exact amount. After getting there work was done and the price was $203. 00 over what was given over the phone. Not once did they tell me what they did was not not included in the price given prior to appointment. Dishonest/ bait and switch. The office manager must work on commission. She is the one who gave me the price.
