Well as I sit here in the office and type my review. Dr. Biron performed a tooth extraction and pretty much brutalized my face. After coming back 7 days in a row and being belittled by staff for coming back(even though they told me to come in) to have my dry socket repacked, and dr Biron having the nerve to tell me that he was frustrated with me!!!! I am a long time patient of SBS and I have never had anyone talk to me as bad as Christine did when I called to inquire about moving up an appointment. Her tone and responses were completely unwarranted and out of line. Appalling actually. I never gave her ANY reason AT ALL to treat me that way. She's the first person you hear as a representative of SBS and it's NOT a good impression. Big practice that is completely unorganized and poorly managed. I agree that everyone is very friendly, but when a problem arises the place implodes. On my first visit they game me a form for my primary care physician to fill out and fax back. This turned into a huge ordeal for me and my physician because the Medford office issued a corporate form with the incorrect fax number. I had very bad care from the oral surgeon. He neglected my dangerously high blood pressure and didn't give me antibiotics for five teeth. Two days later my face blue up I then went back and saw a different doctor who prescribed antibiotics and called my primary doctor about my high blood pressure

I don't appreciate hearing other patients medical history, medications. And then I got to hear the periodontist give the same "sales pitch" to the patient next to me that I received. I just feel like they are always selling. Then you get to check out and the gentleman at the counter is very condescending and down right rude.

This dentistry is totally overpriced, they are charging you the double then other dentistry!!! For example a single root canal treatment over 900 dollar !!!!! The place where you sit and wait had a few books which are maybe over 15 years old and totally boring and then also you have to pay out off your pocket so much money that's incredible !!! Be aware from this place, I already changed my whole family to another dentistry and we are very happy now

Try to avoid this place if possible. They misdiagnosed my family and tried to do work that was unnecessary. It seemed as if they just wanted to make some extra money, without much concern for the patient or their health.
