I booked a Bus tour and was told I had a 24 hr free refund. My Granddaughter got real sick and we can not go to San Antonio. I called on a Saturday to cancel our trip for Wenesday's bus your. I was told if you called 24 hr before you could make another date for the bus tour. A complete lie from what I was told at the time of booking, DO NOT TRUST THEM. They must be hard up for money. Find something else to do. Also when I called I was treated awful and was called names. I ask for a superviser and was told they do not have on... read more
Was left behind while waiting for a light show at the pictured cathedral that never happened. After waiting five minutes I returned to the meeting point and guide had left. The tour cost $20 of my hard earned money that I will never get back. Plenty of other groups in town go with them.
Not what I expected waste of money GHOST lol it's more of a history lesson not worth the money and plus u walk a mile to spots and learn what happen.
The tour guide was boring and non-engaging. It was too long! Half of our party left after an hour and the tour continued on for another hour and a half. The tour group that started after us caught up to us and had to slow down to accommodate.
Mark was good but we thought that the tour was lacking in excitement and left us off in a not so great area where we thought we would return to the Alamo. We also did not enter any buildings including the Menger and stood outside not being able to see in listening to stories. We were disappointed.
Tour guide was 30 minutes late. Substitute guide was great. Tour was really good until we left Alamo square. The regular tour guide showed up and don't know if it was him or the tour but we walked along ways stopping at one location and then a church where we watched someone else's light show. Felt like such an amazing city would have a lot more history given.
