I can't say enough about this place! It is always clean and relaxing. Cat and Lisa are knowledgeable, friendly, and treat me like family! They were instrumental in my healing from a hip injury and in managing my anxiety. I absolutely love combining pressotherapy with a sauna session. Now that I think of it...can I just live here? Just go try it out! You won't be disappointed.

I began infrared sauna pod sessions at Sek Sauna based on my doctor’s recommendation to help treat a medical condition. I always love the calmness and great scent of candles when entering the Studio. The staff is always friendly and helpful too. I’ve tried all of the offerings: sauna pods, pressotherapy, LED face light and each one give you that refreshed and detoxed feeling. I highly recommend if you have yet to try Sek Sauna!

This was my first visit to Sek Sauna Studio, and I must say that I was blown away. They were extremely well-organized. The place was spotless, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The infrared sauna cabin is incredible. All of their services are excellent and reasonably priced. I wholeheartedly recommend Sek, and I know I'll be back.

I LOVE this place. It's always really clean and very relaxing. I highly recommend getting a Pressotherapy and then a Solo Pod. The staff who work at sēk are so friendly and always seem to remember me when I return.

I enjoy the pods for the infrared therapy, I find the experience relaxing. I also enjoy the Celluma, I find the light treatment very relaxing and meditative, and it seems to help slow my fine lines from spreading. The ambience is relaxing and minimalist with soft music and scented candles. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The place is very clean.
