A beautiful place with warm, welcoming and informative staff. I jumped in without ever having been to a sauna before and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect addition to your self are routine and I look forward to each session. On my sauna days, I feel like I have more energy and sleep better. I love that they’ve thought of everything from the gorgeous shower room (in case you need to head to work or errands after a session) to the water dispenser to make sure you rehydrate. Well worth the try if you haven’t already!

My fiancé and I did the double cabin--As we've recently discovered we love saunas! The experience was amazing. Cat was so informative during our visit and gave us a tour. We really appreciated their decor and the shower (so beautiful!) They have pretty much anything you would need. We also loved that we could sit in silence, listen to pandora radio, or watch Netflix. Overall a great experience and I'd love to try the other services they offer--they look amazing!
