RecommendedI enjoy the pods for the infrared therapy, I find the experience relaxing. I also enjoy the Celluma, I find the light treatment very relaxing and meditative, and it seems to help slow my fine lines from spreading. The ambience is relaxing and minimalist with soft music and scented candles. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The place is very clean.
Amazing place to detox relax and become acquainted with some spectacular workers.
It was a step further for me than just a relaxing appointment! It was a kind of therapy for my entire body that I didn’t know I needed until I experienced it. I can’t say enough good things about the owner/manager or the services that they offer. You’ve got to try it for yourself to find out!

A beautiful place with warm, welcoming and informative staff. I jumped in without ever having been to a sauna before and I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect addition to your self are routine and I look forward to each session. On my sauna days, I feel like I have more energy and sleep better. I love that they’ve thought of everything from the gorgeous shower room (in case you need to head to work or errands after a session) to the water dispenser to make sure you rehydrate. Well worth the try if you haven’t already!
This is my new favorite place. I’ve tried all the things and LOVE how they make me feel. The owner is super friendly and helpful with targeting my health goals and helping me learn the healing benefits of Infared therapy on my broken ankle.
My fiancé and I did the double cabin--As we've recently discovered we love saunas! The experience was amazing. Cat was so informative during our visit and gave us a tour. We really appreciated their decor and the shower (so beautiful!) They have pretty much anything you would need. We also loved that we could sit in silence, listen to pandora radio, or watch Netflix. Overall a great experience and I'd love to try the other services they offer--they look amazing!
