First time patient. It went very well. Dr. Laura was very nice.
It was our first visit and our time with the dermatologist felt rushed and did not leave time for connection or questions. With significant out-of-pocket expenses and an initial consultation, I would expect more time to feel cared for and seen, rather than a check-list item on a busy day. We may not return or we may just to see the treatment through - especially if the service does not improve. I want the Dr to demonstrate a more personalized and warm/caring presence without rush.
