Dr. Maggie Chow is the best doctor I've ever had, hands down. I love all of the nurses and the front desk ladies are always beyond sweet. It's hard to leave!!
I am in in the middle of filing complaints with my insurance, the better business bureau, the medical board of california. Stay away from this place at all cost do not come here they will make your day hell. Refuse to talk to me about one of the reasons why I was there due to not having approval on the referral so I asked for a refund and to just see a different provider and they declined to give me a refund and wasted a bunch of my time going back-and-forth about a bunch of garbage. Receptionists were to busy selecting their lunches. They seems not professional at all. Didn’t feel like welcoming at all unfortunately. Dr vainder was trying explaining his suggestions but too much information at once in 15 minutes I wish he or his assistant would gave me information in writing or email. Verbal instructions would not helps to the patients who is not familiar with medical terminology and medication. Lack of caring to patients needs.
Dr Chow cared for her clients & provided excellent care & advice. Skin cancers removals were excellent & I would only recommend Dr. Chow. I have a problem with the corporate office in Florida.
