Getting an appointment was a breeze. The reception staff was super helpful and we got in right away. The visit itself was on time. The doctor knew immediately that the condition was circulatory-based and not a hive or rash as the GP and Urgent Care thought. The doctor also had good soft skills. He listened and didn’t rush us. The entire experience from start to finish was wonderful! Highly recommended.

Almost 13 years ago, Dr. Poochareon discovered a melanoma lesion on the right side of my face. It was excised and I was fortunate that it had not spread to other areas or my lymph nodes. Since then, I have seen her almost 30 times and every visit is a pleasure, except for the bee sting freezing of numerous precancerous lesions. Dr. Kerdel is knowledgeable, thorough, personable and respectful. His office staff are considerate and helpful.
Dr Poochareon is very warm and makes the experience very stress free and comfortable. She is extremely efficient and professional. I highly recommend her.
