Clean office friendly staff. Dr Kerdel has a great bedside manner. His Biologic coordinator Lisette is wonderful. I can’t tell you how many other dermatologist offices I’ve been to where staff wasn’t able to help me get my medications approved. She’s kind, follows up, and is always on top of my file. Lisette thank you so much for everything you do!
Dr. Poochareon is extremely thorough in her visit with you. She takes the time to answer all questions. I never felt rushed. I would recommend this very bright doctor!
I recently went to Dr Kerdel for a suspicious lesion. He performed a biopsy which was diagnosed as a basal cell. He was very caring, communicative, professional, and removed it with great care and precision. You can tell he really cares about his patients, and is an expert in his field. I have been to many doctors offices, and this is my favorite. Front desk Zoraida and Estefania are the sweetest! Lisette has been helping me for many months with my authorizations, and I appreciate everything she does for me. Dr Kerdel is a good listener, professional, and has an exceptional bed side manner. Office was easy to schedule an appointment. I don’t normally leave reviews but I did want to thank Zoraida who made me feel welcomed when I came in, and who always helps me with my appointments.
