RecommendedThe folks there were friendly and professional. They were very punctual which is unusual for a doctors office.
RecommendedSkin Solutions did a good job. I was able to get an appointment within a week, did not wait in the waiting room long at all and the Doctor saw me very quickly. I was very pleased with the attention that I received and the treatment plan. They were good with communication, detail and follow-through. What more can you ask?

RecommendedThe entire staff were amazing.
Dr Huffman is great but the staff let us down in a big way. We had to call four times over 26 hours to get our much needed prescriptions called in to the pharmacy. Plus, five additional calls to the pharmacy to find out is the prescriptions had been called in. Disappointing, infuriating, and unacceptable.

Had an appointment for Monday, March 13 at 1:00 pm. Even had an email and text confirmation and appointment reminder. I begin heading from Hermitage to Hendersonville 90 minutes before the appointment because I needed to use my GPS. I go to get the address and find out that my appointment was cancelled and NOT one person called or texted to let me know. The person answering the phone had no idea and wanted to reschedule and I declined. I will go somewhere else and never darken the doors of a Skin Solutions Dermatology office... read more
