Had an appointment for Monday, March 13 at 1:00 pm. Even had an email and text confirmation and appointment reminder. I begin heading from Hermitage to Hendersonville 90 minutes before the appointment because I needed to use my GPS. I go to get the address and find out that my appointment was cancelled and NOT one person called or texted to let me know.
