I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Sky Dental. I brought my 5-year-old son in for a routine cleaning, which lasted all of 10 minutes. During the cleaning, the dentist told me everything looked great. However, without informing me or asking for my consent, they went ahead and performed X-rays on my child. this place is horrible!!! I told them the issues with my wisdom tooth. They told me if they book me they'd have to charge me 100 dollars if I miss that appointment. Ok, so I go down there to get an x-ray just to be told that that they couldn't do the job. Ok, then I get billed for 250 just to be told just that. At the office they told me I dont owe anything because my insurance covered it. But the next day, I get a email saying I owe them 225 because the insurance didn't pay it in full.
