If the college... (Verified Renter) If the college kids weren't there, I'd recommend it to everyone. The other issue I had was EVERYONE had a dog and barking issues drastically increased on my floor. I worked from home so it was not plesant. Would be nice to have floors with no pets!!!!

Mostly a good... (Verified Renter) Mostly a good community. The issues: horrible parking ramp design, cars parked in the awning between the ramp & entrance blocking the way & the pool is very small.
