However, the turn over and inconsistency of staff professionalism is not something that should come with a ?luxury? building. Also when issues arose and I had to speak to higher support in the company through the Atlanta office- there was a negative and rude tone to the entire convorsation that I would not expect as a paying customer.

The other residents are all respectful and courteous, every single person that works in the building is a joy to interact with, and the amenities are fantastic. I recommend SkyHouse to every person I know looking for a new place to live!
Overall, it is... (Verified Renter) Overall, it is a great community. The building is beautiful and the amenities are lovely. However, having guests is very difficult. On multiple occasions, guests on my BuildingLink guest list were not allowed entry, which was frustrating and a bit embarrassing. While I respect the need for security in the building and the garage, the one fob per tenant and new key-card garage system provide daily headaches. Further, the elevators are horrible. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community to most people. I would be hesitant to recommend this community to people who regularly entertain guests. Guest parking for SkyHouse exorbitantly expensive, even with the slight discount. I am a student, and my friends and boyfriend just can't afford to pay $10-$18 each time they come visit. There needs to be a more reasonable price for guests who regularly visit.
