Doc is ok, but look out for his office manager Melissa.she’s very rude and incompetent when it comes to billing insurance companies.she over charged me several times and made numerous mistakes when it comes to deductibles.

Gary, We rendered the service. Your insurance decided how much they would pay and how much was your portion. Melissa even called your insurance company in your presence. They told you it was your portion. You refused to pay it. You threatened to write a bad review unless we wrote off your bill. We declined to write it off. You wrote a bad review. We love our patients and enjoy rendering them the best medical care. However, we would rather not see patients who do not pay their legitimate bills.
Would give zero stars if possible. They only care about making money. It is very evident in their practices and treatment, as well as their attitudes.
Arrogant doctor. Unfriendly staff. Horrible sleep lab employees. I'm looking for another doctor because I would not take my dog to this guy. My PCP said he has received numerous complaints about this doctor.
Practice is more concerned about collecting deductibles then patient care.Sangal is a money hungry doctor.first they over charge me then months later I get a refund.then he puts me on a sleep medicine and has me come back 3 times while he increased the dose.then on the fourth visit I drive there for an 825 am appointment the girl at the front desk tells me My office visit is 100 dollars plus I owe another 86 dollars from for the last visit and this has to be paid before seeing Sangal.i FIRED him
I received service for an overnight evaluation during the week of December 16. The establishment was dirty. When I arrived to my assigned room, there was a hair on my bed sheets. The toilet in the East bathroom was not clean and had urine on the front of the toilet bowl. The doctor does not value the time of his patients or respects them. Other doctors would communicate through a patient portal to send messages or schedule appointments, this doctor makes you come to his office and charges.
Seems that he’s only in it for the money! Office is quick to collect copays but does not deliver any results. Had a home study done for sleep apnea and after waiting an hour to see Dr. Singal, he informs me that the test was inconclusive! He spent less than a minute with me and then sends his girl in to schedule another lab sleep study. The diagnosis should have been provided via a phone call.........but wait........then he could not charge for an office visit. Won’t be going back!
I felt like Dr Sangal spent minimal time with me, seemed very grumpy, and was more concerned about getting me to the next set of appointments rather than answering any questions during the initial visit. The next round of visits are of course much more expensive. The office staff was quite nice and helpful. I since went to another local provider and it was a completely different experience. Very cold and unwelcoming doctor. I did not like this experience. Also please be aware of billing practices I was over charged 200 dollars for a visit because they said I did meet my deductible. Which I found out later to be false. I do not trust the doctor save your money and go elsewhere where you would be treated better than just as a number!
I would not recommend this doctor. He has a very rigid process of handling patients. I have insomnia and he continues to try and treat me with a CPAP device which he know will not resolve the insomnia. He does not communicate well and you will find he is very optioned. Each person deserves to be treated as a unique individual and treated with respect; you will get neither from doctor Sangal. I have even heard others complaining as they leave the office. Find another doctor.
