We purchased a Sterns and Foster Mattress 2 months ago. When we first came into the Outerloop store "Jen the manager" was working that evening. After asking a million questions she had us lay on several different brand mattresses in different positions to ask a million more questions. Just left Sleep Outfitters off Outer Loop. Bought a new King set off Dylan Wimsatt. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Honestly, we looked around for awhile, left, looked at 2 nearby competitors, then came back and bought from Dylan. All within an hour. I would highly recommend him.
