We purchased a mattress and box spring about a week and a half ago. It was to be delivered today. The delivery guys knew nothing about the box spring. They dropped off the new mattress and told me to call the store when it opened. I called and spoke with Asyia (also our sales rep from our purchase) right at 11:00. She said she would get some info for me and call me right back. As of 2:30 no return call. ordered mattress last week, employee called yesterday to say it was at store ready for pickup. Get to the store today, no mattress! And only one person in the store at a time, I had to wait and hour and had to call myself to get my refund! Went down the street to mattress firm instead!
