Stephen was a good salesman. he told us what we wanted to hear in order to get the sale. we recently bought a Ergo split king base and mattress. we were sold that if it didn't help relieve the snoring or comfortable we could return the items. this was stated numerous times during the sale. however this was all a lie and I am now told that even if I want to only exchange that is not possible either. don't buy a mattress from this place.
