Everything I’ve had so far is delicious. They are not the dry, no flavor fit meals like most other brands. I’ve been in and out of competition lifestyle and I will remain a customer of this company. Highly recommend for busy people that also want to take a more health conscious approach to order out meals. My favorite is the pasta chicken jalapeño Alfredo
First time to by meals from Smart Meals, the meals have tons of flavor and “warning” watch out for the muffins... The peanut butter flavor are dangerous... Would highly recommend and will return to purchase again... Sharon thank you for your assistance!!!

My husband and I have been eating smart meals for a couple of months now, not only have we lost weight but they taste good and they are very convenient!
Love the food!!! Everything I've tried is absolutely fabulous. The blackened salmon, chicken burger, turkey lasagna & the cherry chocolate chip egg-white pancake are just a few of my favorites. Sharon & the team do a great job with the food, always tasty & well seasoned. I will continue to shop Smartmeals for my contest prep food items & everything else in between.
