Love the food!!! Everything I've tried is absolutely fabulous. The blackened salmon, chicken burger, turkey lasagna & the cherry chocolate chip egg-white pancake are just a few of my favorites. Sharon & the team do a great job with the food, always tasty & well seasoned. I will continue to shop Smartmeals for my contest prep food items & everything else in between.

So today I took the decision to visit this place. I saw great reviews on this place and went to see if this could help to avoid eating more out and running out of more healthy choices. Sharon was really awesome showing me around and got really good meals for the next seven days. Its in my budget and more convenient for me. Great choice

I've been buying smart meals for years now. I love it. Sharon and her team are great and the good tastes awesome and keeps me lean for my mountain bike races!!
