I've tried various meal programs over the years, but no one beats Sharon Reitman's Smart Meals. Her food is awesome. I love several of her items, and my daughter especially enjoys the pizzas. Sharon also has her meals independently tested to ensure her stats are accurate, so that helps if you're tracking or monitoring those numbers. I highly recommend her and am so exited she's back in business!
