Great dentist in Lexington Today was a regular cleaning and checkup day. I received the same professional service I have for over 30 years. Very pleased with both the hygienist and the dentist. Over the years, Dr. Cariens and his team have provided super dental care and advice to our entire family.

A great first time patient patient experience at Doctor Cariens Office The Dental Office was very nice and comfortable, everything seems new. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The doctor took lots of time with me and explained my situation. He offered options without over complicating it, thank you.

Dental experience I had a broken tooth and an infection doctor Cariens and his staff were unbelievably amazing they were caring compassionate handled my situation wonderfully I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a dentist great experience five stars are not enough wish I could give more
Tooth Surface Repair I have never had this kind of procedure before and was a liitle anxious, but Dr. C's approach and bedside manner made me feel like I was in excellent hands, and the rest of the hour or so went perfect. PB
Excellent Patient Care Dr. Cariens was able to remove an old metal filling and replace it with a new composite material in my cracked molar without breaking the tooth. He was proactive in controlling pain and stopped at the first twinge to reinforce deadening in and all around the tooth. He was unhurried and meticulous. I did not have any pain whatsoever after the procedure was completed and the deadening wore off. I would highly recommend Dr. Cariens and his team.
