I go by my middle name and rarely do I have medical people pick up on that!! EVERY person at the smile shop addresses me with my preferred name!! The are professional, thorough, gentle and good at explaining any of their processes. The office personnel are competent and organized!! I have no problem referring my friends!!

Dr Chung and her staff are excellent. I have been with them about 6 years. Dr Chung besides being a caring and expert dentist is also certified as an implant dentist. She just completed a bone graft and hopefully my implant can be completed in about 6 months or sooner. I recommend anyone looking for great dentist to check her out.

Routine filling turned into a negative experience. I can appreciate that Dr Chung is a talented Dentist but I had issues with wanting clearer information as the process was being executed. The contraption to hold open my mouth during the procedure was cutting into my mouth horribly. I asked to have it removed but now after over 24 hours my lip and right side of my face is swollen and drooping! A pussy opening on the upper part of my mouth is gross.
