New dental hygienist rocks! Very personable & knowledgeable. She uncovered some decay in one of my tooth’s nerve root that I didn’t know was there. The first standard x-ray didn’t show any decay but that prompted Dr Grace to do a more investigative x-ray that showed the beginning of nerve root decay. This saved me weeks of pain that I would have gone through if this decay wasn’t found right now. Best dental place ever!!
Great dentists and great staff. The dentists really believe in doing a good job and that is rare. They care about their patients and their well being. The staff is always helpful and kind. I feel like I am visiting friends when I am there. I highly recommend this office.
I appreciated my dental cleaning hygienist, Norma. She was efficient and gave me numbing gel! It helped to give me peace. She discovered a filing or two . I am thankful. Dr. Chang concerned for my care also..
The staff are very helpful and friendly. My technician was very professional and when I told her that I had a bit of a phobia for dentists’ offices, she zeroed in on that and explained everything that was going to happen and in what order. She was very reassuring and took great care to make sure that I was okay and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpful in setting up my follow up appointment. I highly recommend The SmileShop.
