Smilestyle have used covid as an ongoing excuse to exclude parents from appointments. Flexibility with booking appointments is very poor and almost impossible for working parents. A newly placed bracket came off my daughter's tooth 5 minutes after she walked out, when we called to let them know we were on our way back, they said sorry, you'll have to come back on Monday and refused to accommodate us to repair the bracket. Be open to second opinions. Overall, information was good but a lack of practioner to client rapport, referral follow up and privacy concerns were enough for me to look elsewhere. Pros: reception and dental assistants were friendly, good rapport and professional. Beautifully clean and inviting office. Dental photo and x-ray process was efficient and well explained.
