It was a good experience. I love the dentist and all the staff and my kids absolutely love the train. I feel like I was very well informed and treated with respect. The only thing that could have made it better was to not have such a LONG wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am and we didn't even go back until well after 10:30 probably closer to 10:40.
We had a great experience at Smiles 4 Kids. The staff is friendly, and the doctor's are fast and proficient. My children did not feel any pain, and their work was completed in timely fashion.

Carson had a little bit of a hard time with his front tooth extractions. But in the end he did well and he was somewhat happy with how it all went. Dr Smith and Tasha were amazing. My daughter had to have extensive work done (oral surgery at the hospital) they calmed her nerves and answered all questions with confidence which made everything easier for me. She went under and came out of surgery in a happy mood! I'm very pleased with the way they treated her, and recommend them to anyone.
