The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter as comfortable as possible during a procedure that was "scary" to her. They are amazing with kids and that is why love taking my kids here!
My child had bad hallucinations and emotions during recovery. Maybe it was just a rare reaction to the medication. Had no idea of the side effects. Wondering if the sedation was necessary. Was told it would take an hour, but actually only took about 20 mins which is great, but I am wondering if she would have been okay for that long without the sedation. We have always been very pleased with the quality of service we received when we take our children to the Twin Falls office, but as for our experience yesterday I was not impressed. The girls were very rushed to get my children done. My daughters cleaning took about 3 minutes. All the girls talked about was where they were getting their lunch from. One girl was using language in front of my 14...
