Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental techs were very professional and explained everything they were doing very well. Dr. Timm reviewed everything and thoroughly explained possible future issues and what to be aware of that would show need for further treatment.

As usual, staff is excellent. Katrina was knowledgeable and efficient, besides besides being helpful with tips for me to incorporate in my cleaning my teeth. Dr. Timm was his usual kind and courteous self.

I called and requested an earlier appointment if possible. The staff called earlier that day and told me they had a 2 o’clock appointment available instead of the 4 o’clock appointment. I was happy for their help. My experience with the dental hygienist was complete and comfortable. She talked to me about my dental hygiene and what she was doing.
