Excellent experience. My dentist of 25 years just joined this practice. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable with the transition.

Appointment was on time, new dental hygienist was very helpful, Dr. First was her usual friendly self and Mary Joe every pleasant and helpful.

Diane has always done my crowns since we moved to STL in 1983. That was with Dr. Burt. After his retirement, I went to Dr. Dyer where Diane continued to take care of me. However, Deena was great & I feel very confident in her. Of course, Dr. Dyer is great, too.

The front office staff are always so welcoming! It was a great experience all the way around. Trina did her job and explained what she was doing and why. She was very professional and yet personable. Dr. First was very kind, asked about an extraction I had and how the rest of my health life has been. I know that is all expected from the Dentist, but coming from Dr. First, it seems like you are talking to a family member. I appreciate that Dr. First accepted me as a patient and glad to be a patient on her books.

The entire office- dentists, Assistants, front desk ladies- just everyone was friendly,&welcoming. I called the office with my urgent tooth issue at around 9:30 am. The receptionist offered me an appointment f11am with Dr. Timm! I arrived at 11and was immediately taken to the exam room. The Assistant took X-rays requested be Dr. Timm then he arrived and examined my involved teeth and recommended a specialist. The front desk ladies called the specialists and got an appointment.
