It was a great experience! Switching dentists after 20 years is hard. I am very critical of new providers. My experience was amazing from making online appointments to filling out online forms to being greeted when I arrived. Makenah, my hygienist, was such a pleasure. Very gentle but effective! It was a very comfortable 1st experience. Dr. Amber was so cute! Very sweet, very knowledgeable, very thorough. I just loved her. Requested her for my daughter who is coming in a few weeks.. A great cleaning today with Rachel. I think she is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever seen. The new office is beautiful! As Rachel said, it‘s like being in an art gallery. Terrific dental practice…I can’t imagine anyone being afraid to see anyone there. A plus!
We had our first visit with this office yesterday and it was wonderful!! Our 4 year old doesn’t do well sitting in waiting rooms and they have this amazing kids area where he could play games and release some energy! They had a TV on the ceiling for him to watch during the visit and then once his appointment was over they gave him a special coin he could put in a toy vending machine so he could get a prize! I just love this dental practice. Everyone is so kind and gentle . Dr. Stitely is so friendly and put me at ease from the moment he walked into the room. We have most definitely found our dentist .
the staff is so friendly and really make you feel at ease about everything they are doing. feels like family. have been very happy with the choice to start using this dentist. i have dental anxiety and they make it a much smoother process than the average dentist. super friendly, everyone! thank you all for all you do, i couldnt be happier!
